Terms of Service — Clozr AI

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Clozr AI ("Clozr", "we", "us") governing your use of the Clozr AI website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Clozr AI analyzes sales conversations you provide and generates suggested replies, coaching and estimates such as close-confidence scores. These outputs are AI-assisted guidance only. They are not a guarantee of any sales result, and you remain solely responsible for what you send to your prospects and customers.

3. Accounts and access

Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and be at least 18 years old. Each subscription is for one person only: you may not share your login or use a single plan across multiple people or accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that share access, create multiple accounts to evade plan limits, or otherwise violate these Terms.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel. Usage limits (such as the number of AI replies per month) apply per plan and reset at the start of each billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; continued use after a change means you accept the new price.

5. No refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because the Service delivers digital access immediately upon purchase, we do not provide refunds or credits for any subscription fee, including partial months, unused replies, unused time after cancellation, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with AI outputs. By purchasing a plan you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Where local law grants you a non-waivable right to a refund, that right is not affected.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from Billing in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account loses access to the Service. No refund is issued for the remaining period.

7. Your content

You own the conversations, offers and other content you submit. You grant Clozr a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. You confirm you have the right to share any conversation you submit and that you will not upload content that is unlawful or that you are not permitted to disclose.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse engineering it, scraping it, using it to deceive or harass anyone, circumventing usage limits, or reselling access. We may suspend accounts that violate this section without refund.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clozr is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost sales or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Changes and contact
