What we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash), your onboarding answers (what you sell, your audience, your sales style), the conversations and offers you submit for analysis, the replies you generate and save, usage counts, and billing status. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
How we use it
To run the Service: analyze conversations, generate replies, enforce plan limits, send you account and usage notifications, and provide support. We do not sell your data and we do not use your conversations to train models for other customers.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to operate the Service: our cloud database and authentication host, Stripe for payments, and email delivery for notifications you have enabled. Each is bound by contract to protect your data.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete individual conversations and saved replies at any time from the app. To delete your whole account and its data, contact support and we will remove it within 30 days, except for billing records we must keep by law.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted per account, and passwords are checked against known-breach lists at signup.
