Question 1

What is Clozr AI?

Accepted Answer

Clozr is an AI sales conversation assistant. You paste a conversation with a prospect (or upload a screenshot of it), tell Clozr what you're selling and the outcome you want, and it identifies sentiment, objections, and buying signals — then drafts a recommended reply with a close-chance estimate and an explanation of why that reply works.

Question 2

How does Clozr analyze sales conversations?

Accepted Answer

Clozr reads the actual words in your conversation and diagnoses it: what the prospect is really saying, what's holding them back, what's pushing the deal forward, and the strategy that fits this specific situation. Every point references something that was actually said — it isn't a template picked from a library.

Question 3

Can Clozr help with sales objections?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Price, timing, trust, competition and commitment are the five objection categories Clozr detects. For each one you get the objection named, a recommended approach, an example response, and the common mistakes to avoid.

Question 4

What are buying signals?

Accepted Answer

Buying signals are the things a prospect says that suggest they're moving toward a yes — asking about price or timelines, describing their own use case, replying quickly, or asking what happens next. Clozr pulls them out of the conversation alongside the risk signals pointing the other way.

Question 5

Can I upload sales call recordings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In Sales Call Coach you can upload a recording (up to 12MB) or record directly in the browser. Clozr transcribes it, shows you the transcript to correct before anything is analysed, and then reviews the call. The audio itself is never stored — only the transcript and the review you save.

Question 6

What does Sales Call Coach do?

Accepted Answer

It scores your opening, discovery, objection handling and closing out of 100, estimates your close chance, quotes the key moments that helped or hurt, and gives you drills for next time. Your reviews are saved so you can see whether you're improving.

Question 7

Can Clozr generate follow-ups?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick the situation — no response, three days later, after a proposal, after a price discussion, after 'I'll think about it' — and Clozr writes a short, human follow-up based on the original conversation. Clozr never sends anything on your behalf; you copy, edit and send it yourself.

Question 8

Can I analyze a screenshot of a DM?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload one or more screenshots of a chat and Clozr reads them into a transcript, working out who said what from the message bubbles. You review and correct the transcript — including a one-click flip if it got the sides the wrong way round — before anything is analysed.

Question 9

Does Clozr have a Chrome extension?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in private beta. From your account you can download the extension and create a connection key. It opens a side panel next to any chat, analyzes the conversation, writes a reply or a follow-up, and uses the same monthly allowance as the website.

Question 10

Can Clozr integrate with Slack?

Accepted Answer

The Slack connection is built, but it isn't live yet — it needs our Slack app approved before anyone can connect. Until then the integrations page shows it as Setup Required. We never show an integration as connected when it isn't.

Question 11

Can Clozr integrate with Telegram?

Accepted Answer

The Telegram bot is built and shows as Setup Required until the bot is live. Once it is, you generate a code in Clozr, send it to the bot, and can then forward conversations to it for a breakdown.

Question 12

Does Clozr work with WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

You can paste or screenshot any WhatsApp conversation into Clozr today. A direct WhatsApp Business connection through the official Cloud API is planned and is marked Coming Soon — and even then, Clozr will draft and you will send.

Question 13

Is Clozr free?

Accepted Answer

No. Clozr is a paid product: Starter is $15/month for 20 replies, Pro is $39/month for 75, and Elite is $99/month for unlimited replies (fair use: up to 1,000 AI replies a month to prevent abuse). Plans are monthly and cancellable at any time; all sales are final.

Question 14

How does the close-chance score work?

Accepted Answer

Clozr weighs the buying signals and risk signals it detects in the conversation and produces a percentage estimate with the factors behind it. It's a guidance tool, not a validated predictor.

Question 15

Does Clozr replace a salesperson?

Accepted Answer

No. Clozr is a coach and drafter: it helps you understand conversations and write better replies faster. Judgement, relationships, and the final send button stay with you.

Question 16

Does Clozr guarantee sales?

Accepted Answer

No. Clozr gives recommendations and estimates; results depend on you, your offer, and the prospect. Any tool that promises guaranteed closes is not being honest with you.

Question 17

What happens when I hit my monthly reply limit?

Accepted Answer

Generation stops and you'll see an upgrade prompt. Clozr never silently keeps generating past your plan's cap, and your existing conversations and saved replies stay fully accessible.

Question 18

How does Clozr protect my sales conversations?

Accepted Answer

Your conversations, reviews and saved replies are stored against your account only and are not visible to other users. You can delete any of them at any time. Call audio is never stored. Anything inside a conversation is treated strictly as data by the AI, so a prospect can't hide instructions in a message to steer your replies.
